Asked to use the toilet and was refused until we bought something. I would of happily bought an ice cream after but my poor child could not wait and by the time I got her to a grass area behind the shop an accident had happened and she was very upset.
Will never buy an ice cream in this place as the service is shocking and their regard to toddlers is awful. Especially being so close to Butlins you would think they would be more child friendly.March 21, 2017
