    Been going there for years,owners and staff extremely friendly and helpful, local patrons likewise. Chocked full of holes world's charmyet close to mine head centre.Don't miss music nights and petanque in the summer months.Can't recommend it highly enough.

    A superb working example of Arts & Crafts building. Very comfortable hotel. Very friendly and welcoming Landlord &Landlady and staff. Very nice food.
    Good Value.

    If you are looking for Premier Inn or Holiday Inn type experience this is not for you! This is like fine Cider it has to be enjoyed and savored!
