  Me and my husband loved Fausto's. Staff was friendly and nice but not overley nice which is quiet common in restaurants nowdays and we hate it. Food was fantastic I had the best french onion soup I ever tasted in here and my husband was over the moon with his steak. We could feel that chefs took pride in their cooking. And to be honest, for the quality the price is not bad at all.

  I visited this small Italian restaurant for the first time, and I found the service provided by a team made up by one waiter and a waitress to be very good; they were both friendly, they smiled, and they were professional.
  The food cooked by the restaurant's Italian Chef and proprietor, Fausto, it was served hot, it had vibrant colours, it tasted fresh, and it was flavoursome. It was no different to food you would eat in any of the finest Italian traditional trattorias (family run eateries). The prices were fair.
  I will definitely dine again at Fausto's on my next trip to Minehead.
