The fish was proper flaky chunky cod, which is hard to come buy these days. The fish wasn't over cooked and the batter light. Chips were cooked to perfection too.December 31, 2016

Also had to laugh. When I asked the cook if they got fish from Brixham, ( there is a photo on the wall of some small boats) my home town he said they use huge amounts of fish and Brixham couldn't supply enough.
Brixham is known as the Mother of Fisheries and biggest in the UK. For the second year running Brixham has won the award of highest sales in the UK. £24 Million ! The fish trucks are huge and supply Billingsgate and Europe. I laughed all the way back to the hotel. Priceless. (I wonder, if he uses more fish than Billingsgate ?!!)August 11, 2016
